Following on from the My Love Don’t Worry EP released earlier this year, Tuval is back with ‘Breathe’, a dreamy track that immediately oozes with influences, showing off everything from Jeff Buckley to D’Angelo. The London-based multi-instrumentalist has achieved an exceptional soundscape over which to tell a story which “came together following a break up. It explores new transitions in life style, intimacy in a non-linear way and short lived connections”. Full of clean, twangy electric guitars and an exceptionally tight backline with thick bass and suitably subtle drums, this nostalgic track perfectly matches the hazy video that accompanies it. -Dan Peeke
